About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MathTonight, a website and service operated by Coyne & Co, LLC.

MathTonight is under active development. Features, recommendations, and the overall product are still being developed and may change as we continue building.

Using MathTonight

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. MathTonight is intended to support learning at home and is not a substitute for professional educational, psychological, or medical evaluation.

Your content

Information you provide about yourself or your child remains yours. We use it only to operate and improve MathTonight, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions & billing

MathTonight is a paid subscription, offered at $9.99/month or $99/year.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel anytime from the account area. An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you request it within 30 days of your first payment, we will refund that initial payment. The guarantee applies to the first successful paid subscription transaction on your account.

A guarantee refund cancels the subscription and ends access immediately. The guarantee is available once per account. It is a money-back guarantee, not a free trial.

Changes to these terms

As MathTonight is under active development, these terms may be updated from time to time. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when they change.
